Swiss Life Asset Managers has launched a private infrastructure fund for individual investors that will aim to provide investors with a total return of 6% to 9% annually.
The Privado infrastructure fund will be set up as a European long-term investment fund (Eltif) and will offer investors a monthly subscription. This will allow you to repay a maximum of 5% of your net asset value each quarter.
This is the third Eltif launch announced this week, with Swedish asset manager SEB IM and alternative platform Moonfare bringing private equity-focused products to market. This follows the introduction of new rules to Eltif’s structure on January 10, which are intended to make it easier for investors to access such strategies.
