Investing.com – Sweden equities were lower at the close on Wednesday as sector and sector losses dragged shares lower.
At the close of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, the fall was 0.07%.
The session’s top gainers were Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:), which rose 6.00% or 0.26 points to close at 4.58. Meanwhile, SAAB AB ser. Shares B (ST:) added 7.80 points or 3.44% to close at 234.70, while Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:) was up 1.41%, or 1.10 points, at 80.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were shares of NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST:), which fell 4.07% or 1.70 points to trade at 41.10 at the close. Evolution AB (ST:) was down 3.95%, or 34.80 points, to finish at 847.00, while Sinch AB (ST:) was down 2.83%, or 0.59 points, and ended trading at 20.27.
Declining shares outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 496 to 270, with 65 ending unchanged.
Shares of NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST:) fell to a three-year low; a fall of 4.07% or 1.70 to 41.10.
Oil for February delivery fell 1.13%, or 0.84, to $73.41 a barrel. In commodities, Brent crude for March delivery fell 1.12%, or 0.86, to $76.19 a barrel, while February gold futures rose 0.77%, or 20.46, and traded at $2,685.86 per troy ounce.
EUR/SEK rose 0.12% to 11.51 and USD/SEK rose 0.38% to 11.16.
US Dollar Index futures rose 0.45% to 108.87.
