Investing.com – Israel equities were higher at the close on Sunday, as gains in the index and sectors led shares higher.
At the Tel Aviv close, shares added 0.39%.
The best performer of the session was Nova (TASE:), rising 4.47% or 2830.00 points to trade at 66200.00 at close. Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE:) added 201.00 points, or 3.15%, to finish at 6,590.00. Kamtek Ltd (TASE:) was up 3.11% or 930.00 points at 30,850.00 in late trade.
The worst performance of the session was Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:) fell 2.07% or 510.00 points to trade at 24,100.00 at the close. OPK Energy Ltd (TASE:) fell 1.72% or 51.00 points to close at 2,908.00 and Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:) fell 1.41% or 75.00 points to 5,261.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 298 to 161, while 80 stocks ended unchanged.
Oil for June delivery fell 1.22%, or 0.96, to $77.99 a barrel. In commodities, Brent crude for July delivery fell 1.04%, or 0.87, to $82.80 a barrel, while the June gold futures contract rose 0.02%, or 0.50. up to $2310.10 per troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.15% at 3.71, while EUR/ILS was up 0.21% at 3.99.
US Dollar Index futures fell 0.21% to 104.96.
