Investing.com – Israel equities were lower at the close on Sunday as sector and sector losses sent shares lower.
At the close of trading in Tel Aviv, the fall was 1.06%.
The best performers of the session were Ormat Technologies (TASE:) which rose 4.67% or 1,090.00 points to trade at 24,420.00 at the close. Sapiens International Corporation NV (TASE:) rose 2.08% or 220.00 points to finish at 10,810.00, while Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:) rose 2.06. %, or 98.00 points, and completed trading at 4,850.00.
The worst performance of the session was Kamtek Ltd (TASE:) which fell 6.85% or 2,000.00 points to trade at 27,200.00 at the close. Nova (TASE:) fell 6.82% or 4,530.00 points to close at 61,900.00 and Israeli corporation TASE stock quotes: decreased by 4.37%, or 4,260.00 points, to 93,120.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 308 to 139, with 89 ending unchanged.
Oil for April delivery fell 1.37%, or 1.08, to $77.85 a barrel. In commodities, Brent crude for May delivery fell 1.10%, or 0.91, to $82.05 a barrel, while the April gold futures contract rose 0.97%, or 21.00. to $2,186.20 per troy ounce.
USD/ILS rose 0.18% to 3.58, while EUR/ILS rose 0.14% to 3.91.
US Dollar Index futures fell 0.06% to 102.33.
