Swiss fintech project Kaspar& has completed a seed funding round worth CHF 2.5 million.
Minority investors include Avaloq and Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank (BLKB).
Avaloq will also integrate the Kaspar& investment application into the core Avaloq platform. According to Avaloq, this will give banks using the Avaloq platform in Switzerland a more accessible experience for customers.
Kaspar& offers investment plans based on index funds and ETFs for retail and high net worth clients, as well as bank accounts and payment services.
Avaloq CEO Martin Greveldinger said: “We recognize the company’s potential to revolutionize investment in the Swiss retail sector.”
