Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Sunday, as gains in the index and sectors led shares higher.

Top gainers of the session were Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:), which rose 10.00% or 6.10 points to trade at 67.10 at the close. Saudi Chemical Company (TADAWUL:) added 0.54 points, or 9.94%, to end at 5.97. East Pipes Integrated Industrials (TADAWUL:) rose 9.93%, or 13.40 points, to 148.40 in late trade.
The worst performance of the session was Arab contracting services CJSC (TADAWUL:) shares fell 10.00% or 25.80 points to trade at 232.20 at the close. Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co (TADAWUL:) shares fell 3.91%, or 10.00 points, to end at 246.00. Saudi Research and Marketing Group (TADAWUL:) shares fell 2.78%, or 7.20 points, to 251.60.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabian Stock Exchange by 173 to 106, while 22 remained unchanged.

Oil for April delivery fell 1.37%, or 1.08, to $77.85 a barrel. In commodities, Brent crude for May delivery fell 1.10%, or 0.91, to $82.05 a barrel, while the April gold futures contract rose 0.97%, or 21.00. to $2,186.20 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.09% at 4.10 and USD/SAR was unchanged 0.00% at 3.75.
US Dollar Index futures fell 0.06% to 102.33.
